ON-DEMAND BUYER SERVICE PROGRAM

This program is an on-demand agent service that doesn’t charge commissions.  Instead, you pay only for the services that you need.  For example:  Are you looking to just receive email alerts letting you know that a new property has become available that matches your criteria?  Maybe you just need a licensed agent to get you access into a home(s) to view or a knowledgeable agent to write and present your offer to purchase.  A lot of buyers out there have experience with purchasing a home and they want to pay just for the services they need.  This is the program for you!  At closing you will receive a rebate in the amount of the buyers agent commission (typically 3% of the purchase price).
